Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card online from U.S. and Canadian customers or money orders and checks by mail. Please note that orders sent with checks will not be shipped until the check clears (up to 2 weeks). We cannot accept COD orders or cash payments through the mail. We do accept International orders, but unless you are an established customer, payment must be made by PayPal or bank wire transfer.
Please note: your Credit Card purchase will appear on your credit card statement under the name "alittleolfactory@earthlink.net". We use ProPay, Inc. as our Credit Card payment processor.
Sales Tax
Texas customers will be charged 8.25% sales tax unless a vaild tax id# provided and sales tax exemption form is filled out.
Shipping
Free Shipping is included with all retail orders over $300. This offer is good in the United States only and orders are shipped using our choice of shipping method. Your package will be shipped using either USPS Priority Mail or Fed Ex Ground Services. U.S. Retail orders under $15 will have a $3.00 service fee added to the final cost. (These policies apply to retail orders only. For policies regarding wholesale orders, see our wholesale page) For International orders, we offer the shipping options of FedEx, USPS’s Global Priority or Global Express where said services are available.
Insurance is added to all packges totaling over $25. To date our cart does not calculate this and we will add it manually at shipper rates.
Houston, TX Area Customers: If you’re in the Houston area you can make arrangements to pick up your order in the Sugar Land or Galleria areas. Just call or email at least two days in advance so there will be time to prepare your order and make meeting arrangements.
Lead Time
Many of our products are made to order and we are a very small company. We do our best to expedite every order, but please allow us 2-5 business days to ship your order. Made to order items may require a longer lead time as your items are being made fresh when ordered. Special pre-buy and co-op promotions may require a longer lead time and will be explained in each of the individual special's ad details.
Out of Stock Items
Every effort is made to keep all of our products in stock at all times. Out of stock items will be as quickly as possible noted on the web site. Occasionally we run out of an item before the web site can be updated. When that happens, you will be notified by either email or telephone. You will be able to substitute a product or wait until the item becomes available. Please note: extra shipping charges may occur if you decide to have a partial order shipped.
Samples
We are happy to give out free samples with every paid order. If you would like to have a sample of a particular item, please note that in the comments section of our shopping cart and we’ll try to accommodate you. We are also happy to send out paid samples without a paid order for $0.50 a piece plus shipping.
Return Policy
Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with the product (i.e. damage, spoilage). Unless there is a problem with the product we are unable to accept returns of supplies and toiletries due to the potential for contamination of our products, unless it is an item that is safety sealed and the seal is intact. Returned items, such as jewelry, must be unused and in the original condition in which it was shipped. When return requests are accepted the customer must pay for shipping the return back to us. This cost will not be reimbursed by us. Upon our receipt, inspection and approval of the returned merchandise, we will issue a store credit, less the original shipping costs. No cash/monetary refunds!
Return Policy
If your package is damaged upon arrival, do not accept it, or if that is not possible, save all of the packaging materials and contact us immediately. We will work with you to replace any broken or damaged goods,
but damaged items and boxes MUST be kept and returned to the shipping company for us to get reimbursed, and therefore for you to be reimbursed with replacement product or store credit. No cash/monetary refunds!
